ANNOUNCEMENT It is with huge sadness that we have to advise that our beloved colleague and friend, Jacky Chapman, passed away on Monday 12 August.
Jacky was an immensely important member of the L3P team and a true friend to us all. Ever loyal, ever committed, ever the professional, Jacky held us together.
Those that knew her will remember her as a genuine, warm, funny and wonderfully caring person.

We have exchanged contracts to acquire our third site at Honeywood Business Park for a mixed use development comprising a drive-thru coffee shop, B8 units and an 8,000 sq ft leisure use. Contracts have already been exchanged with The Gym Group plc and Toolstation. A detailed planning application has been submitted with a decision expected by December.
Contracts have also been exchanged to acquire an industrial site in Oxfordshire for a new Trade Marq trade park development. The proposed scheme is pre-let to two national operators and a detailed planning application has been submitted. Subject to planning, the scheme will be trading in summer 2020.
