September 2020 – We are pleased to announce that contracts have been exchanged with Selco Builders Centres for 30,000 sq ft Unit 1 at M2CityLink. Medway Council approved the new industrial development at Medway City Estate, Rochester in December 2019. M2CityLink totals over 132,000 sq ft and comprises several units, from  3,740 – 72,420 sq ft.   In August, we exchanged unconditional contracts Federated Hermes who are pre-funding the £24m project. Work commenced on site in early September 2020 with completion set for summer 2021.  Further information is available at:
Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council for our third site at Honeywood Business Park for a mixed use development comprising a drive-thru, two 3,000 sq ft B8 units and an 8,000 sq ft leisure or B8 unit. Contact us for further information.
South Oxfordshire District Council has granted permission for a new 18,000 sq ft trade park development at Lupton Road, Wallingford. The scheme is 100%  pre-let to MKM Building Supplies and Howdens Joinery and has been pre-funded by LondonMetric plc. The £5m+ project will be completed in December 2020.
