BURGESS HILL West Sussex – Mid Sussex Retail Park (2013)
From 2011, L3P negotiated the merger of both the freehold and existing long leasehold interests to enable the redevelopment of this long-neglected site on the south side of Burgess Hill, close to Tesco Extra.
The resultant 55,000 sq ft (plus garden centre) Mid Sussex Retail Park development is occupied by B&Q plc and Pets at Home and located on the A273 Jane Murray Way. Significant highway improvements were an important part of the development, including the creation of a new entrance from the A273.
