Location 3 has entered into conditional contracts to acquire the freehold and long leasehold interests on a site fronting Jane Murray Way, in Burgess Hill. Close to a Tesco superstore, terms have been agreed with two national retailers to occupy the planned 55,000 sq ft scheme, for which a planning application will be submitted in November 2011. The site has been vacant for several years and the development will provide in excess of 100 jobs, if planning is granted by Mid Sussex District Council.
