Using Location 3 Projects as a development consultant and manager can be an effective alternative means of unlocking the development potential of a property to deliver a scheme in these circumstances. This is especially relevant where a client does not carry the professional resources to develop the asset itself, if it wishes to retain ownership or if it simply does not want to relinquish control of a self generated opportunity to a third-party developer.
